How to Order
Individuals may order books and posters using credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), check, or money order. Shipping within the USA is $2.50 for the first book, $1.00 for each additional book. (What happened to free shipping in the USA?) Shipping to Canada is $7.00 for the first item, $4.00 per additional item. Customers outside North America, please add $12.00 for the first item and $12.00 per additional item--we apologize for this, but the cost of shipping overseas has risen dramatically of late. PA residents add 6% sales tax; NJ residents add 7% sales tax. Canadian residents add 5% GST to their total, including shipping. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.
